What is a Home Condition Report ?

The Home Condition Report is an objective report on the condition of a property that can be relied upon by buyers, the seller, lenders and other professionals involved in the conveyancing process.

The Home Condition Report is produced by a licensed Home Inspector following an inspection of the property. The report is electronically generated in a standard format to ensure that information is consistent and easy to use and understand.

The Home Condition Report is designed to highlight any defects in the property that are either urgent or serious, in addition to providing a general summary of all other parts of the house. The purpose of the report is to enable the home owner and the ultimate buyer to be aware of defects in the property that may influence decisions in the home buying process.
