Speakers
Sam Boyling,
Senior Associate, Pinsent Masons
Sam is a senior associate in the Construction & Engineering Group having joined Pinsent Masons in 2004. He advises and acts for clients in relation to a wide range of matters including disputes under the NEC, ICE and JCT contracts. Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Sam worked for four years in Australia in dispute resolution for the construction industry.

Helen Waddell, Associate, Pinsent Masons
Helen is an associate in the UK Construction & Engineering Group having joined Pinsent Masons as a trainee solicitor in 1997. She has been involved in a wide range of matters including advising Wembley National Stadium Ltd in relation to contractual provisions during the course of the construction of the new national stadium.

Helen organises and presents seminars and workshops for clients in relation to various construction issues and has a particular interest in sustainability.

John Mullee, Senior Associate, Pinsent Masons
John is a senior associate in the Construction & Engineering Group having joined Pinsent Masons as a trainee solicitor in 1996. He advises and acts for clients both during the progress of construction projects and after completion. John has also worked for three years in our Hong Kong office during 2001-2004 prior to returning to London.
