Many factors influence reinstatement costs, making assessment a highly technical exercise. This seminar will examine whether all buildings should be assessed in the same manner.

Programme:
• Are all buildings assessed in the same way?
• Trends, issues and measurement
• The insurer and loss adjuster’s view
• RICS guidance note – Guide to carrying out reinstatement cost assessments
• Q&A session.
