Since 16 February 2006, the following adjudication fees have been applicable with regard to Queensland.
Small Claim Adjudication (dispute value up to $7 500):
- Flat fee of $750.00. This fee is applicable up front
- Flat fee includes certification, and adjudicator fees
- This fee is applicable upon receipt of adjudication application.
- There is no charge for disbursements without prior agreement from the relevant parties
Non Small Claim Adjudication (dispute value over $7 500):
ANA Application Fees:
- RICS DRS does not charge for application fees for disputes over the value of $7 500
Adjudicator Fees:
- Dependent on adjudicator (experience and relevant skills: $160 to $325 per hour)
Adjudication Certificate:
Withdrawal of adjudication application:
- Withdrawal of adjudication application prior to release of final decision may incur a charge.
For non small claim adjudications, disbursements are charged at cost price. All fees quoted above exclude GST (10%).
