We are constantly reviewing our panels of independent experts and arbitrators to replace those on our panel who retire and to ensure that the expertise of the members reflects the types of applications we receive. Surveyors who wish to join our panel must successfully pass through our assessed recruitment courses which are followed by an interview panel. Courses will be held later this year.

Throughout the UK we will be seeking surveyors with experience of valuing residential development land (particularly large-scale developments). We are also looking for surveyors actively involved in rent reviews on: medical practices; educational establishments and children’s day nurseries

Geographically, we would like to recruit more rent review surveyors based in the Bristol area and in East Anglia.

Potential candidates should have a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience and be actively involved in their geographic or skill area.
