Event Overview
This event will comprise a site visit and presentation.
Finzels Reach is a £255m redevelopment by HDG Mansur of the old George's (latterly Courage's) Brewery opposite Castle Green in the historc heart of the City of Bristol. The project develops a new city quarter for central Bristol with over 300,000 sq ft of grade A office space, 399 high spec apartments, and more than 87 sq ft of cafes adn shops, all set in extensive landscaped public space, complete with a beautiful new bridge that properly links the city centre.
