The UK Occupier Satisfaction Index 2008 is the second annual index produced on behalf of the Property Industry Alliance members (RICS, IPF, BPF, and BCO together with CoreNet UK). It is an independent opinion poll and survey measuring satisfaction amongst customers of the UK commercial property industry in respect of:  

• building quality
• value for money
• lease flexibility
• style of conducting business.

The UK Occupier Satisfaction Index 2007 launched in May 2007 is still available.
