RICS Library offers you its ejournals service 24/7 via the website.

What does it cover?
Our ejournals service brings hundreds of magazine articles and market reports to your desktop. There’s more of these than we could fit into our library! It includes regional newspapers from around the world as well as surveying favourites like Estates Gazette.

How can I find the ejournals service?
RICS Members can log onto www.rics.org then go straight to the ejournals area at www.rics.org/ejournals.

How does the service benefit me?
You can save and print journal articles and you can set up alerts on your searches so you can get the latest material added on topics. This is a great way of finding out what material there is if you’re trying to pick a topic for your dissertation. Or if you’ve finished studying and are doing structured reading for lifelong learning you’ll find this a useful way of keeping up-to-date without money going out of your pocket!

I am based in Hong Kong. Can I use this service too?
Yes, it’s available 24/7 around the globe to all RICS Members. Just register on rics.org as an RICS Member then search the service at www.rics.org/ejournals.

I know the names of the journals I want to search. Is there a quick way of checking if these are on your service?
Go to our webpage and you’ll find we’ve broken them down into an A-Z list to help you.

Sometimes when I do a search I get far too much material. What can I do if this happens and I get stuck searching?
There’s a handy Help facility on the service that gives you tips for creating your searches. There are hints on narrowing down your search results. If this doesn’t help drop us an email to library@rics.org or ring us on +44 (0)870 333 1600 option 1 x3714 and we’ll help you out.

Could you spare just one hour of your time?
