Why use an RICS member?
Wherever you see the RICS mark, you know you can rely on it. The chartered or technical surveyor designations (the letters after a member’s name), the words 'Regulated by RICS' (when used by a firm), and the presence of the RICS logo, are all there for a good reason. They are your reassurance that you are using a fully-qualified property professional or business, working to the highest standards of competence, and committed to following RICS' rules and regulations.
