Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Join RICS

Adaptation

The adaptation route to RICS membership is designed for experienced surveyors who have:

  • A degree that is not RICS accredited
  • An RICS approved, degree level professional membership

The adaptation route does not require you to undertake a period of structured training as part of your APC however RICS does require you to demonstrate that you have achieved the relevant competencies to meet RICS standards.
