We use negotiation skills in all aspects of our lives. Often you can find yourself negotiating without even realising it. Creating Win Win Negotiations is designed to give you the key skills required to plan and prepare for negotiation situations.

As part of the course you will also be able to download the Negotiation Preparation template to help you structure your preparation and ultimately help you create Win Win outcomes and improve client relationships.
