At RICS we recognise the need to provide help and information to our members when it is needed most. Call the RICS Members' Confidential Helpline if you have any concerns about compliance with RICS Rules of Conduct.
Specially trained staff are on hand to listen to your call, however big or small your concerns may be.
You can speak to us in confidence. Our aim is to help you with advice on the Rules, how you can comply and what happens if you find yourself in breach.
The service is not recorded and therefore you do not have to give us your details. We will not normally take the matter further other than to help you on the phone.
My company is having problems and may be going into liquidation. What are the consequences?
I am having problems getting Professional Indemnity Insurance. Am I in breach of the rules?
I am concerned I may be about to go bankrupt. Will this affect my membership of RICS?
I am working on a project and believe the interests of two of my clients may be in conflict. What should I do?

In some circumstances you may need professional advice, such as, lawyers, accountants, insolvency practitioners, insurance brokers. You should seek this independently and at the earliest opportunity as we cannot give you such professional advice. We can only advise on the RICS Rules of Conduct.
The lines are open Monday - Friday, 0900-1700 with a message service operating outside of these hours.
