Continuing Professional Development is a commitment by members to the continual updating of knowledge and skills throughout life, in order to remain competent. Learning is now a lifelong activity - without it, you can't develop your true potential.

The Rules of Conduct refer to Lifelong Learning and 'LLL'.  These phrases can be used interchangablely with Continuing Professional Development or CPD.
