Dispute resolution is increasingly relevant and important to all property professionals.

Workshop

Whether you work in construction, agriculture, commercial property, planning, geomatics or any other area of the built environment, conflict management and dispute resolution are becoming a part of your landscape.

More and more property professionals are getting involved in managing conflict situations, representing parties in disputes and acting as arbitrators, experts, mediators, adjudicators and dispute board members. Professionals also need to have the skills and competencies to help their clients to avoid disputes or get them resolved quickly and as inexpensively as possible.

DRS Training

We provide a range of innovative training programmes designed to help you take advantage of the strengthening Built Environment Sector and the challenges thrown up by difficulties in established court and arbitration systems internationally. Dispute avoidance and resolution is a fascinating field of study and our short courses, symposia, e-learning and conferences provide an easy introduction into the field, and they are an enjoyable way to earn CPD points.

Many of our programmes provide the qualifications need to service on the RICS President’s Panel of Dispute Resolvers.

Anyone who manages staff or relationships with clients or official bodies will find dispute resolution skills invaluable in their work. We offer a number of shorter courses and introductory modules which meet these needs.
