RICS Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) is the world's largest provider of alternative dispute resolution services to the property and construction industries, appointing around 10,000 dispute resolvers per year. We offer a complete range of methods for resolving disputes.

DRS has been in existence for over 30 years and is working on a continuous development of new products and services to meet our clients' needs. Alternative dispute resolution is often cheaper and quicker than taking a case to court.

We inspire confidence in parties through our complete impartiality and the quality of our dispute resolvers. All DRS management and administration systems are accredited to BSI standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
