DRS Oceania

The Oceania branch of the RICS DRS was launched in Queensland in March 2005, in response to becoming registered as an Authorised Nominating Authority (ANA) under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act, which came into effect on 1st October 2004.

The RICS DRS now operates as a nominating authority in Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia.

The RICS DRS also offers other methods of dispute resolution services such as expert determination, expert witness as well as mediation and arbitration.
