The RICS Scotland Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) incorporates methods of resolving disputes by Arbitration, Mediation, Adjudication and Expert Determination.
Applications for Appointments
Annually, DRS Scotland receives around 400 applications for appointments, the majority of these are rent review disputes and cover amongst others, retail, industrial and office properties. The remainder tend to be construction/building related disputes.
