Foundation Course in Property Valuations
The FCPV aims to familiarise you with the basic principles of property valuation, understanding of valuation techniques and issues relating to undertaking of international valuation standards. Enrolments on a rolling basis. Exams to be held in June and December of each year
Advanced Course in Property Valuations
The ACPV provides participating candidates with the advanced knowledge and understanding required to undertake complex valuation work on behalf of clients. Enrolments on a rolling basis. Exams to be held in June and December of each year

This new course takes a problem-based approach to learning.
