Personal statement on each characteristic
A 500-word statement demonstrating how your achievement meets the characteristic and reflects the fellowship principles.
Third party evidence for each characteristic
A statement or copy document from a third party confirming your achievement.
You can find further guidance in the fellowship applicant guide.
How long will it take me to qualify?
The process from application to result can take up to 2 months. If your application is incomplete or your CPD record is not up-to-date there will be a delay.
How much will it cost?
An assessment fee applies for all applications; details are provided with the application form.
If your application is successful an upgrade fee will be due and your annual fellowship subscription will apply in the following calendar year.
