Having the ability to effectively demonstrate competency to manage project processes is a key aspect of the pathway for project managers. Within this master class, you will be able to review your own skills and experiences in line with the RICS requirements.

Receive practical guidance allowing you to identify the ideal examples for inclusion within assessments. Discuss challenges you’ve faced with fellow candidates and your trainer, an experienced APC assessor, and discover the best practice approach for answering final assessment interview questions.

Who Should Attend

  • Any candidates who will have to demonstrate project processes and procedures competency to levels 2 or 3 during the course of their route to membership
  • Any candidates who will have to demonstrate knowledge of a range of documents and processes used in the development and management of projects within other competency areas to levels 1, 2 or 3 during the course of their route to membership
  • The class will also be suitable for mentors, sponsors, supervisors and councillors of APC candidates wishing to ensure that they can provide appropriate support for their candidates.


Using a PowerPoint presentation as a basis, you will take part in a series of discussions and interactive exercises that will help apply knowledge learnt in the session to real-life scenarios. Questions and answer sessions will be interspersed throughout.
