Annabel is an Associate Chartered Building Surveyor at Knight Frank, delivering a wide range of building consultancy services across the commercial and residential sectors. Her work primarily includes dilapidations advice, technical due diligence, and acting as lead consultant and contract administrator on a broad range of projects.

She joined the industry via a Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship with the University College of Estate Management (now the University of the Built Environment) and has since built a strong reputation for delivering technical advice to a diverse range of clients. 

Prior to her appointment as Chair of the RICS Matrics UK Board, Annabel served as a member of the UK Board from 2024 and was Vice-Chair of RICS Matrics Hampshire, having been actively involved with Matrics since 2020. She is also an APC Counsellor, RICS Inspire Ambassador and former trustee of the Built Environment Schools Trust. Recognised as UCEM Alumni of the Year 2024, she is a passionate advocate for apprenticeships, mentoring and inclusive routes into the profession.

Annabel is committed to widening access to the industry and supporting early-career professionals. Through her work with Matrics, she champions initiatives that help emerging professionals develop the networks, skills and confidence needed to build long-lasting careers in the built and natural environment.

Associate – Natural Capital Consultant, Savills

Francesca is an Associate in the Savills Natural Capital consultancy team. A Chartered Surveyor and a Green and Sustainable Finance Professional with the Chartered Banker Institute, she advises on BNG, nature-based carbon credit and Net Zero strategies. Francesca provides feasibility studies under the Woodland Carbon Code, Peatland Code, and Biodiversity Net Gain, offering clear advice on the legal, financial, and practical implications for businesses. Working closely with our planning and utility teams, she helps shape effective BNG mitigation and delivery strategies.

Francesca also supports clients with nature-based credit sales and is leading Savills involvement with LUNZ (Land Use for Net Zero) Footprint, a large-scale Government-funded land use research project.

A former Chair of RICS Matrics Lancashire and Northern Regional Chair, Francesca joined the UK Board in 2025. She has previously served on the RICS North West Regional Advisory Board and as a Trustee to the National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs, a national youth organisation that supports over 23,000 members through a diverse learning and development programme, travel opportunities and competition calendar.

Grace is a Chartered Surveyor and Associate Director working in Commercial Property and Asset Management team at Innes England based in the Midlands. She acts for both private and public sector clients across the UK, undertaking a variety of instructions across different sectors within commercial property. Alongside this, Grace supports and drives the sustainability initiative at Innes Englands, having completed Carbon Literacy Standard and Sustainability and Inclusive Leadership programme.

Outside her advisory role, Grace has recently concluded her two-year term as one of the first Associate Board Members of LionHeart (RICS Benevolent Fund) during who work to support Chartered Surveyors. This appointment positions her well as she joins the RICS Matrics UK board. As well as this, she sits on the committee of WREN Property Network based in Nottingham.

Lauren Lemcke MRICS is an Associate Quantity Surveyor at AECOM, specialising in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London. Since joining the construction industry in 2019, she has developed extensive experience delivering complex workplace projects while building a strong profile within the profession through industry engagement, thought leadership and professional development initiatives.

Lauren was named the overall winner of the RICS Matrics Surveyor of the Year Awards 2024 and was also recognised as Quantity Surveyor of the Year at the Women in Construction and Engineering (WICE) Awards 2024. In 2025, she was named British Council for Offices (BCO) NextGen Rising Star for London and the South East. Alongside her project work, Lauren is passionate about supporting the next generation of professionals through mentoring colleagues undertaking their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), speaking at industry events, and promoting careers within the built environment.

Lauren has been actively involved with RICS Matrics throughout her career. Starting as the local Chair of Brighton, she later served as the Regional Chair for London and the South East, and in 2024, she was appointed to the RICS Matrics UK Board. Her passion for Matrics stems from the support and inspiration it has offered her, and she is eager to promote its continued success, helping to inspire the next generation of surveyors.

Luke Hamilton-Jones is a Chartered Surveyor and is Vice President of Asset Management at The Valesco Group, a fast-growing pan-European investment platform with circa €2.5Bn assets under management. Prior to joining Valesco, Luke worked for Cadogan, one of London’s Great Estates, owning over 90-acres of prime Central London. During his tenure at Cadogan, Luke led on strategy, investment and asset management for a mixed-use portfolio valued at ~£0.5bn, comprising over 100 leases across asset classes including offices, retail and hospitality. He also holds an MSt Real Estate from the University of Cambridge.

Luke was previously Chair and Vice Chair of the RICS Matrics London committee and has been shortlisted for Commercial Property Surveyor of the Year at the RICS Matrics Surveyor Awards 2023 & 2024. Additionally, he acts as a mentor for the Patchwork Foundation Charity and the Cambridge University Land Society. Through these platforms, he is eager to support the next generation of surveyors, with a wealth of learnings, connections, and experience to share.

Emily is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with seven years’ experience in the construction industry, working for Woodley Coles LLP, a cost and project management consultancy based in Kent. She has delivered projects across a broad range of sectors, including life sciences, commercial, residential, education and heritage, with experience spanning both pre- and post-contract stages. She is passionate about working collaboratively with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality, successful outcomes.

Having taken a non-cognate route into surveying, Emily is passionate about early careers, professional development and helping people from a wide range of backgrounds build successful careers within the profession.

Emily has been actively involved with RICS Matrics throughout her career, previously serving as Chair of RICS Matrics Kent before going on to become Regional Chair for RICS Matrics London & Southeast. She is a strong advocate for everything Matrics offers, not only through professional development and networking, but also through the transferable skills it helps professionals build.

She is particularly passionate about supporting the next generation of professionals entering the industry, developing people throughout the early stages of their careers and encouraging more women to build long-term careers within construction.

Olivia Caravello MRICS is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Ridge and Partners LLP, with experience across the healthcare, education, heritage, and defence sectors, working in both the private and public sectors. She has been actively involved with RICS Matrics throughout her career, having served on the London committee, as Vice Chair of the Hampshire committee, and later as Regional Chair for the Midlands. In 2026 she was appointed to the RICS Matrics UK Board.

Passionate about supporting the next generation of built environment professionals, Olivia is actively involved in a range of industry networks and mentoring initiatives. Promoting careers in the sector to young students and regularly speaks at universities, careers events and industry forums, sharing insights into quantity surveying and the wider built environment profession. Through her professional and voluntary roles, Olivia is committed to improving awareness, diversity and accessibility across the industry while supporting individuals at every stage of their careers.

Juning Wang is Associate Director, Real Estate Analytics at Fidelity International, working at the intersection of real estate investment, analytics and technology. She leads the development of quantitative and analytical frameworks that support investment decision-making across European real estate portfolios, spanning asset-level business planning and valuation forecasting through to fund modelling, portfolio risk and performance analysis.

Juning has developed a number of the analytical tools and frameworks used by the Real Estate team, including fund models and portfolio risk simulation capabilities. Her work increasingly focuses on how data, analytics and emerging technologies, including AI, can be applied to improve investment decision-making and operating efficiency. This includes exploring new analytical workflows and technology solutions, as well as reviewing end-to-end data processes and operating models to identify opportunities for better data lineage, accessibility and automation.

Juning holds a PhD in Economics from the University of York and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). She also serves on the Education and Training Committee at Real Estate:UK and the INREV Performance Measurement Committee, contributing to industry education and real estate investment and performance measurement practices.

Issy is a Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor at Fulkers Bailey Russell, working with both public and private sector clients across the UK.

She has been involved with RICS Matrics for several years, first as a committee member and then as Chair of RICS Matrics Bristol. During this time, she has championed accessibility, helping to make it a standard consideration when planning events and encouraging those involved to consider how barriers to participation can be reduced wherever possible.

Having entered the industry through a non-traditional route, Issy is passionate about widening access to careers in the built environment. She is currently working to increase awareness of quantity surveying and construction careers through engagement with schools and universities, particular for young people who may never have considered the industry.
