There are over 600 qualified members in New South Wales (NSW) working across the property lifecycle.
RICS NSW Local Association
NSW has an active Local Association that promotes RICS through CPD and social events run throughout the year. With a strong focus on sustainability RICS NSW takes an active role in the conversation of sustainable business including valuation, construction and building surveying.
RICS Membership

RICS Accredited courses
RICS accredits certain university courses in NSW. Graduates from these accredited courses may apply to RICS to commence their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

RICS NSW Local Association runs a calendar of events that are a mix of informative CPD and social events for networking with other professionals
A proportion of CPD in NSW can be counted by professionals towards gaining and/or maintaining their real estate license with the NSW Office of Fair Trading.
