The RICS Planning and Development Professional Group is the home within RICS for professionals involved in a broad variety of work in the planning and development arena, including assessment of land and property use requirements and development and regeneration appraisal and related planning implementation processes.
RICS Professional Groups are responsible for setting the strategic direction for the future of their specialisms and for identifying and serving the information needs of their members.
