Sean Tompkins
Chief Executive Officer
Supports Governing Council in defining its strategic priorities and goals and is accountable to the Management Board for delivering the expected performance results defined by its annual operating plan.
Sean joined RICS in 2002 from the financial services group Prudential plc. Sean took over as RICS CEO on 1 September 2010 after holding the office of Chief Operating Officer for four years.
Violetta Parylo
Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services
Responsible for the long term financial strategy of RICS. Violetta also leads the delivery of effective corporate services including information technology, property management, facilities, legal, compliance, risk and corporate governance.
Marcus Potter
Executive Director of Developing Markets
Responsible for the development and delivery of RICS strategy and business plan for each of RICS seven world regions.

Mark Powell
Executive Director of Product Development
Responsible for providing a range of educational and training products to individuals and organisations that need to understand and meet RICS standards and regulations.

Mark Walley
Executive Director UK
Responsible for all UK regional and customer services, strategic relationships management, sales and marketing, finance, communications, public affairs and HR.

Gillian Charlesworth
Director of Corporate Affairs
Responsible for achieving recognition of RICS standards. Gillians remit includes policy and public affairs, economic commentary, research, marketing in addition to digital, member, media and internal communications.

Steven Gould
Director of Professional Regulation
Leads a regulatory function that is responsible for ensuring that RICS members and firms meet the requirements of RICS' Rules of Conduct. These define the professional, ethical and business standards which are expected of RICS members and firms.
Ken Creighton
Director of Professional Standards
A new professional standards team combines Education and Qualification Standards and Professional Groups. The Director of Professional Standards is responsible for setting standards and competencies across RICS' 17 professional sectors.
