Polish Association of Real Estate Counsellors (PAREC)
Full members of PAREC who have at least 10 years' relevant professional experience and have been full members of PAREC for at least five years, are eligible for Direct Entry to Chartered membership of RICS. RICS reserves the right for a member based review panel to assess relevance of experience and seniority. RICS also reserves the right to interview applicants.
