We’ve also seen that consumers and investors will respond favourably to energy efficiency and renewable energy sources if presented to them in a way that offers value.
RICS has taken a leading role in the development of the RenoValue project, which had one goal: to provide practising valuation professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to appropriately factor sustainability into their work and advise their clients accordingly.
RICS will promote the use of the training material among practising valuation professionals and is proud to be able to host the eLearning course.
