RICS QLD Local Association
RICS QLD has an active Local Association who promote RICS through CPD and social events run throughout the year. With a strong focus on sustainability RICS QLD takes an active role in the conversation of sustainable business including valuation, construction and building surveying.

RICS Accredited courses
RICS accredits certain university courses in Queensland. Graduates from these accredited courses may apply to RICS to commence their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Events
The QLD Local Association runs a calendar of events
that are a mix of informative CPD and social events for networking with
other professionals. A proportion of CPD in Queensland can be counted
by professionals towards gaining and/or maintaining their registration
with the Queensland Valuers Registration Board.
