RICS Regulation enforces RICS’ rules and regulations that all members must follow in their every day professional practice.

We also monitor‚ train and assist members and their firms to comply with rules‚ regulations and ethical dilemmas; review and investigate complaints received about members and take disciplinary measures where necessary; and ensure RICS firms have an adequate complaints handling procedure in place.
