RICS NSW is comprised of over 1300 members, with more than 600 fully qualified and trainee members and 700 students. A number of the qualified members and trainees represent TechRICS - the technical membership grade which recognises other educational and experience gained for those who do not have an accredited degree.

RICS NSW has a committee meeting every month to discuss events, news and membership issues. The committee currently is made up of 9 permanent members and they encourage any ideas and suggestions that members can bring to these meetings.
