Liverpool Victoria Assest Management
1-3 Bishopsgate is a prestigious Grade II-listed building in the heart of Londons financial district, between Liverpool Street and the Thames. Liverpool Victoria Asset Management (LVAM) the asset management arm of Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society took vacant possession of the 45 000 sq ft building (comprising 20 000 sq ft of offices and 15 000 sq ft of retail) in January 2010 with a proposal to refurbish the building to Grade A standard.

Westpac Banking
Australian financial services provider Westpac Banking Corporation places corporate social responsibility and sustainability at the heart of its international business practice. With an increasing profile in the UK, Westpac wanted a UK base that matched its global ambitions and highlighted its environmental values.
In December 2010, Westpac moved into the newly refurbished Camomile Court in the City of London. Totalling some 18 473 sq ft of office space, Westpacs aim was to achieve a sustainable fit-out that not only demonstrated its CSR credentials, but also created an open, vibrant working environment for its employees.
