Graham graduated in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield City Polytechnic in 1978, and qualified as a chartered surveyor  in 1980. He has specialised in surveying and valuing residential property since 1986 and currently wears two hats:

  1. Part-time Associate Director RICS (residential) Professional Groups based at Parliament Square, Westminster working with members and industry in developing and promoting residential survey and valuation standards and services and dealing with professional matters;
  2. Part-time director of Greenhouse Surveyors based in Southport, Merseyside undertaking RICS Home Survey reports and ECO assessments locally.

Graham has built up an extensive network of industry and personal contacts in the home buying, selling, and owning fraternity which together with his 28 year ‘coalface’ experience give him a unique perspective and understanding of the issues and challenges facing surveyors and valuers and the profession. He is passionate about improving and promoting the role of the chartered surveyor in the residential market place for the benefit of consumers and fellow professionals and practitioners alike.
