If you would like to appoint an RICS dispute resolver*, please complete the relevant application form in the downloads section below. For the appointment of an Expert Witness or Mediator, please email drsscotland@rics.org.

*Please note that the cost for applying to appoint/nominate a dispute resolver will increase to £425.00 (inclusive of VAT) from 1st August 2017.

Training and CPD: 2017/18

Scottish Mediation Network accreditedWe run training programmes in Scotland covering a range of alternate dispute resolution methods. Our training is available to RICS members and non-members alike. Current training course and CPD events can be found on the right-hand side of this page.

E-learning

Our e-learning courses are designed to help you understand the theory of each topic and to apply your understanding using engaging videos, question and answer quizzes, interactive screens and voiceovers. We regularly add new courses to provide you with up-to-date learning and the tools and skills needed to enhance your performance. All available courses can be found here.
