RICS has released our gender pay report. This report is required by UK legislation.

Like many organisations, RICS has a gender pay gap as a result of having fewer women in senior level roles. The report highlights our need to encourage more women into senior level roles to create gender balance at all levels in the workforce. The report outlines some of the actions we are taking, not just in the UK but across our global workforce.

RICS, is deeply committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace at RICS, and indeed supporting the wider industry and our professional members to do so, and will closely monitor the effectiveness of our actions.

We are confident that our continued actions will make the impact we seek, bringing about a more balanced and diverse workforce at all levels.
