Disciplinary Panel – 9, 10 May 2017 & 5, 6, 7, 8 February 2018
The Panel heard a case against Mr C Boulton for failing to conduct himself in a manner befitting membership of RICS and such conduct was liable to bring RICS into disrepute in that as the Chief Executive Officer of Yoo Limited when Ms H was an employee of the company he committed acts of unlawful detrimental treatment of Ms H, Contrary to Bye-Law B5.2.2(a)
The Panel imposed a Reprimand and ordered him to contribute towards the costs of the hearing.
