RICS Building Control Conference 2016

Conference Birmingham, 22 Sep 2016

Regulation, reviews and risks – the way forward

Register your interest for the 2016 conference. Date: TBC

As building control practitioners, you are faced with ongoing change. Without the most up-to-date information and insights into best-practice, you could be open to potential holes in your compliance and risk possibly resulting in negligence or litigation issues.

RICS Building Control Conference is a one day conference providing in-depth understanding of the essential issues you need to know. You can join like-minded professionals, practitioners and expert leaders to discuss these and others issues as outlined in the programme for a full day of networking, learning, sharing and Q&A.

The conference also contains specific content tailored to APC candidates and mentors in the form of a special afternoon breakout session for those wanting to gain key tips to pass their examination. Candidates and mentors will go through the ‘need-to-knows’ with insights into and great tips for the interview process as well as enjoying a full day pass to the main conference.

Let us know what topics you would like discussed at the 2016 conference

In 2016, we are looking to expand the programme into two streams to include more session options. These could include professional, technical, legal or market requirements or topic suggestions from outside the building control practice, into building surveying or other relevant practices. Drop us a line and let us know the topics you would like covered.
