Diversity and Inclusion Conference

Conference London, 29 Jun 2017

Diversity and leadership: How can you make a difference as a senior leader?

We are determined to raise the bar when it comes to diversity and inclusion within the profession, so that our industry attracts, nurtures and retains the brightest and best talent regardless of gender, social background, beliefs or disability. Not only is this the right thing to do but we also believe it makes sound business sense.

Since the launch of our Inclusive Employer Quality Mark (IEQM), which recognises the industry’s work to create a fully inclusive workforce, we’ve seen countless companies sign up and pledge their support to inclusion and diversity.

Join movers and shakers of the industry to see diversity and inclusion in practice at our annual Diversity and Inclusion Conference. After looking at practical steps that can be adopted within the organisation at last year’s conference, we now move the discussion to the next level and look and how senior leaders can make a difference. Join us at this unique day and listen to leaders who are at the forefront of the industry and who are committed to drive the diversity agenda forward within the real estate, land, infrastructure and construction sectors.

Conference highlights:

  • Find out what professional bodies are doing to address diversity issues and make their respective professions more diverse and inclusive: join a panel discussion attended by senior leaders from RICS, RIBA, RTPI and CIOB
  • Find your competitive edge and learn with industry peers what is needed to drive the property and construction industry forward
  • Listen to our inspirational speakers discuss ethnicity in the workplace and why understanding and breaking down barriers is important for workplace succes.
