Diversity and leadership: How can you make a difference as a senior leader?

We are determined to raise the bar when it comes to diversity and inclusion within the profession, so that our industry attracts, nurtures and retains the brightest and best talent regardless of gender, social background, beliefs or disability. Not only is this the right thing to do but we also believe it makes sound business sense.

Since the launch of our Inclusive Employer Quality Mark (IEQM), which recognises the industry’s work to create a fully inclusive workforce, we’ve seen countless companies sign up and pledge their support to inclusion and diversity.
