With increasingly new issues and housing defects emerging, it’s vital surveyors continuously develop and enhance their knowledge to ensure they can provide the best advice to their clients when writing Home Buyer and Home Reports.

The popular Surveys in Practice Roadshow returns across 6 UK cities to provide you with 12 hours of vital CPD.  The intensive roadshow will focus on key elements of the Home Buyer and Home Report and will be delivered in 2 separate seminars, the first focusing on interior areas of a property and the second focusing on the exterior.

The two days will be full of case studies and real life examples designed to improve your confidence in spotting defects. Gain best practice guides and model templates for report writing to ensure you fulfil your clients’ expectations.

New additions to this year’s programme includes guidance on solar panels, trees and climbing spaces, ceilings, basements, offsite and modern methods of construction.

Benefits of attending:

  • Gain technical guidance on diagnosing unusual building defects
  • Leave with techniques to provide clients with clear, relevant and useful advice
  • Hear from practising surveyors with real life case studies and examples to share

All presentation slides will be made available to you a week before each seminar.

Is this right for me?

If you’ve read this far, there’s a good chance you’ve got a sense that this is going to be something you can’t afford to miss. We think this is going to be an incredibly valuable day for you, but we’re not expecting you to just take our word for it.

Every year we ask attendees to let us know what they thought of the day. Here are a few of their comments:

"The best CPD day I have been to recently – excellent speakers and content" (Peter Robinson)
"The two days altogether have been very useful. One of the best RICS courses I have been on (Graham Cooley)"

We’re immensely proud of the positive reaction the conference gets year on year and are confident that this year the event will be even better thanks to your feedback and input.

Spaces truly are limited so claim your place now before it’s too late.
