Clare is responsible for the delivery of the Global Research and Policy programme for RICS. The programme keeps members informed on land, property and construction issues and commissions ground-breaking, high quality research, increasing recognition, best practice and innovation in the profession and wider industry.
It also provides research for evidence-based policy making, establishing broad global policy positions to ensure consistent messaging across different RICS world regions.Prior to her current role in RICS, Clare was Head of Research for Jones Lang LaSalle Ireland for ten years.
