Lory oversees key market development in the US, Canada and the Caribbean. She works closely with member leaders to develop chapter activities in major North American cities. Lory manages a virtual team of staff based across the region. She has worked for RICS for six years, and prior to her current role was the Canada Country Manager.
Lory started her career at Ernst & Young, where she spent over 10 years in the Canadian national marketing group. While at Ernst & Young, Lory led the development of their Alumni Relations program, and was involved in several consulting projects for clients. Before joining RICS, Lory was a regional fundraising and corporate sponsorship manager for the Easter Seals Society – a charity dedicated to raising money for children with physical disabilities. Lory holds a Bachelor of Arts and a post-graduate diploma in Leadership Management from York University.
