Lynda is a Chartered Building Surveyor Accredited in Historic Building Conservation and Chair of the RICS Building Conservation Forum. She is a qualified expert witness for historic environment cases and shares her expertise of Heritage Asset Management in the newly formed Manchester and Pennine Partnership of the Canals and Rivers Trust as a volunteer.

She is a Director of Architect's Accreditation in Building Conservation Ltd which is a not for profit regulatory body akin to the RICS Building Conservation Accreditation scheme and was recently elected to RICS Governing Council
