Apply now in three easy steps
To apply for your RICS 2017 professional concession, log on to rics.org/concessions and follow the simple steps below.
Step 1 - Personal concession
This relates to the personal concessions you are applying for. Please complete only one section from Step 1.
Applications for non-practising, part-time, unemployed or academic concessions must be received by 31 December 2016. Applications received after 31 December 2016 will not be considered.
We will be sending out renewal invitations early November. If you wish to apply for a concession before 1 November the reduced rate will appear on your renewal. If you apply for the concession after this date an updated renewal invitation can be downloaded by logging into the payment portal.
Step 2 - Dual professional concession
If you are also a professional of one of the other international organisations listed in our types of concessions page, you may be eligible for an additional concession. If eligible, please select and complete only one section. If you are not a professional of another organisation, please skip this section and advance to step 3.
Step 3 - Declaration
Confirm your status by agreeing to the declaration and the Terms and conditions.
