PropTech is an all-encompassing term that refers to all aspects of innovation and how this impacts the built environment. This includes software, hardware, materials or manufacturing.
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is an example of one type of technology that is set to change the market and allow for a more cost effective and efficient processes throughout the duration of a construction project.
We are very active in the PropTech sector, providing information about developing technologies and also relevant guidance notes, training and conferences.
