Following a very successful consultation earlier this year which returned more than 100 detailed responses, the International Property Measurement Standards (IPMS) Coalition - of which RICS is a founding member - has today published a second public consultation on the IPMS for Offices standard. This second consultation will allow us to test the latest draft with industry and users of the standard.
