Our policy recommendations seek to provoke and inspire – we suggest a range of ways Government can increase land supply in Central, we describe the conditions needed to create successful decentralized hubs and we advocate the need for a master plan in land use strategy.

In the footnote, we also highlight the emerging trends in the property market which are likely to impact on how offices are used in the future.
