This research report examines the transitional arrangements put in place for sub-regional planning, to deliver an enabling infrastructure associated with housing growth during the first six months of last year. Based on research conducted with 32 Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) contacted in 2011, it also questions whether they have been receiving adequate support from Government and local authorities.
