PROVADA is the most important meeting point for developers, investors, financiers, advisers, housing corporations, city officials and end-users in the Dutch real estate sector, taking place in the RAI in Amsterdam.
This year the fair welcomed more than 23,500 visitors from 20 different countries and no less than 2,500 national and international investors. We played a key role there bringing knowledge and trends looking at the future of the industry.
As a founding partner of the International Business Lounge at Provada once again this year, RICS – in collaboration with ULI, PropertyEU and the Dutch Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations – organised a thought-provoking programme of events featuring prominent international speakers and hot topics such as: young leaders, innovation and proptech; investment in cities and urbanisation trends; dispute avoidance; human capital and how hospitality is changing the face of alternative investments.
