Construction Technology and Environmental Services - Competency Masterclass

An interactive session that will take you through good and bad submission responses for the construction technology and environmental services competency. You will discuss the types of questions, review potential responses, and as a group assess if the required level was reached.

The aim of this class is to help you contextualise and discuss your skills, knowledge and experience so that you can demonstrate to the assessors that you are at the required level.

  • Complete the templates for this competency with the right level of detail to allow assessors to prepare for the interview
  • Identify how to best respond to assessor questions at each level
  • Present relevant experience to support your answers
  • Avoid the most common mistakes and pitfalls

Who should attend?

Any candidate who has chosen, and therefore needs to demonstrate the Construction Technology and Environmental Services competency.

Also suitable for mentors, supervisors and councillors of APC candidates to further help support their candidates.

Format

A 90 minute interactive session that includes submission examples, questions, and Q&A with an assessor this competency. A unique opportunity to ask questions about the assessment as well technical information about the competency.

Please note this session will be facilitated by an APC Assessor and may not be as familiar with PER and Assoc submissions specifically.
