  Anthony Aaron FRICS
Tony Aaron serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California. He spent over 35 years in financial analysis. The majority of his career took place at Ernst & Young LLP, and he spent time earlier in his career as a securities analyst. Tony has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Appraisal Foundation, as well as in many other roles with the ASA, the AICPA and the Appraisal Foundation. He received his BS from USC and his MBA from UCLA.

Maureen Ehrenberg serves as President of Global Integrated Facility Management (IFM) at JLL. JLL’s IFM practice specializes in providing comprehensive facilities and engineering outsourcing services to leading companies worldwide. An internationally recognized expert in the field, Ehrenberg provides leadership and strategic direction for the IFM business leaders to develop, promote ensure best practices in service delivery consistency, innovation, operational effectiveness and talent management across the service line.
Mark Fergus FRICS
Mark is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has provided contract administration, project controls, and estimating services since 1991. As Regional Director, Mark is responsible for cost management services throughout the southwestern United States. He serves as the RICS Southern California Chapter Chair, and has experience with large mixed-use, retail, technology, and hospitality projects. Mark has worked for contractors, developers, and consultants in Southeast Asia, Japan, the Middle East, and the US.
Chris Guthkelch
Chris Guthkelch is a Project Director for Skanska Infrastructure Development Inc. and is responsible for developing a consistent, profitable East USA Public Private Partnership (P3) pipeline in conjunction with Skanska’s construction business units. He has accumulated extensive P3 bidding and business development experience in the UK, Canada and USA over the last 17 years and was Bid Director for the $2.1 billion Elizabeth River Tunnels project in Portsmouth, VA, which is now close to construction completion. Chris is an alumnus of the Stanford University Advanced Project Manager program, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
  Lauren Lake
Lauren Lake is the CRO and Co-Founder of Bridgit, a communication platform for construction teams, launched in March 2014. She is a Board Member at Communitech, Canada’s largest industry-led innovation center and was named the Techvibes Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 alongside her Co-founder Mallorie Brodie. Lauren holds a degree in Civil Structural Engineering from the University of Western Ontario. In 2015, Bridgit won at Google Demo Day in San Francisco.
Leigh Miller FRICS
Leigh Miller is a Partner in the New York office and is the Global Leader of EY's Valuation & Business Modeling Group. Leigh has prepared closely-held business and security interest valuations for a variety of applications including: financial reporting, buy-side and sell-side acquisition analyses, estate and gift tax purposes, income tax purposes, and litigation support.
Daniel Pomfrett MRICS
Daniel, who has 20 years of experience, leads Cumming’s Chicago office and oversees our services throughout the Midwest. His focus includes libraries, museums, cultural centers, sports facilities, and historic buildings, among other project types. Daniel is currently providing cost services for the renovation of Wrigley Field, and has recently worked on such projects as the Cultural Quarter in Abu Dhabi and the new planetarium at the Royal Observatory Greenwich.
Marc Rutzen
As Cofounder and CTO of Enodo Score, Marc Rutzen directs the development and implementation of the platform, including front-end design and development, development of data sharing partnerships, beta testing, customer feedback and business development. Marc is a Licensed Managing Broker in the State of Illinois, and earned his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Adam M. Smith
Adam is a Managing Director with nearly 20 years of valuation experience.  He has performed valuations for a wide range of purposes and industries, but focuses on the valuation of businesses and intangible assets for financial reporting purposes. From 2013 to 2015, Adam served as a practice fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) specializing in fair value issues.  From 2015 to 2017, Adam served as the Technical Director of Business Valuation Standards for the  International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) and helped develop a new version of their standards that were published in January 2017.

Peter M. Smith FRICS has over thirty one years of experience in the property tax field, serving clients in both real property and business personal property tax engagements.  In his current capacity as the West Region Director of property tax he works exclusively in the ad valorem tax area, providing consulting and compliance services for clients in both real estate and personal property taxes in the Western States and Hawaii.  He has been active in the interplay between taxpayers, their representatives and California governmental bodies responsible for the formation and application of property tax regulations and laws in the role of an Officer in the California Alliance of Taxpayer Advocates. He is a member of Governing Council and Chair of the Americas World Regional Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is the Immediate Past President and an Executive Board Member of the National Council of Property Taxation.
