A Clack Amanda Clack FRICS
Amanda is currently President of RICS and joined EY as a Partner in August 2015 as the Head of Infrastructure within its advisory practice for UK & Ireland. Prior to this she was a partner at another of the 'big four' accounting firms, where she led on property, real estate and construction for consulting. Amanda is past vice chair of the RICS Management Board, established the UK and Ireland World Regional Board and became President of RICS in 2016.
 MM Michael H. Moskow
Michael H. Moskow is currently Vice Chairman and distinguished fellow on the Global Economy at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. From 1994 to 2007, he served as president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Moskow's professional accomplishments include service in both the public and private sectors, as well as higher education. During the course of his career, he has been confirmed by the US Senate for five positions in the federal government.
 BS Robert Schukai
Robert Schukai, MBE is Global Head of Design, Digital Identity Solutions at Thomson Reuters. Previously, he led Applied Innovation, driving strategic projects in blockchain, cognitive computing, cloud services, and user experience. Robert has held research, engineering, product, strategy, and business development roles at Motorola and Turner Broadcasting System. He holds a BSEE from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a MSEE from Arizona State University. He was named a Member of the British Empire in 2014 for services to UK startups and education.

  Anthony V. Aaron FRICS
Mr. Aaron serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California. He spent over 35 years in financial analysis. The majority of his career took place at Ernst & Young LLP, and he spent time earlier in his career as a securities analyst. Mr. Aaron has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Appraisal Foundation, as well as in many other roles with the ASA, the AICPA and the Appraisal Foundation. He received his BS from USC and his MBA from UCLA.

Ed Alegre is the President of Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services for the Americas, and a member of the Colliers US Executive Leadership Team. Ed has over 30 years of experience in the management, consulting, brokerage, and appraisal sectors of the commercial real estate industry, both in the US and abroad. He has overseen the growth of Colliers’ valuation operations in the US, Canada and LatAm, and participated in the development of an integrated global valuation platform that leverages his firm’s presence in over 60 countries.

Mr Amary has a Business Administration and Post-graduate degree in Economics from FGV/SP. He has been the Managing Partner at Renato Amary Emp. Imob. (Land Development Company) since 1993. In addition, he has been a Regional Director in Sorocaba City since 1995 and Vice-President at AELO – Land Development Association. Mr Amary is the current president at Secovi-SP (2016-2018), a Vice-President of the CIMLOP (2016-2018) and an Associate Director at CECOMERCIO – Center Commerce of São Paulo State (2014-2018).
David S. G. Baxter MRICS
David is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Managing Director of Mitig8 Risk Management, and is appointed by Lloyds of London underwriters, insurance and reinsurance companies to provide risk mitigation strategies to help reduce claims on major projects during construction. David has also been part of the Miami Dade Economic Risk Mitigation for Climate Change Round Table discussion, which included the Mayor, the UK British Consulate General - Miami and Key leaders in business and insurance.   
Robert S. Best
Bob directs Energy & Sustainability Services for JLL’s Americas region, including energy reduction programs and sustainability efforts. Formerly served as JLL's national product director for property management. Also managed JLL Central Staff, including marketing, research, compliance programs and human resources. Prior to JLL, was Manager of Marketing and Corporate Communication for Container Corporation of America. Holds an MBA from University of Chicago and a BS in journalism from Northwestern University.
BB Bruce B. Bingham FRICS
Bruce B. Bingham FRICS, FASA, is a managing director of Berkeley Research Group in New York. He is past Chair of the RICS Valuation Council (Americas) and a past Governor and Chair of ASA’s International Education and Business Valuation Committees. Bruce has testified on valuation and damages in many venues including the Supreme Court of the State of New York. He has an undergraduate degree from Rutgers and a Master’s in Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Organization and Management.

Maggie Burns is VP of Real Estate at Breather, where she leads strategy and execution for the supply side of Breather's network of beautiful, on-demand workspaces. A member of Breather’s executive team, Maggie has overseen the launch of 200+ locations across 10 global markets since joining the company in 2014. Previously, she served as the Director of Strategic Accounts at VTS, the commercial real estate industry's top leasing analytics platform.
 
John Busi FRICS
John Busi FRICS, MAI, joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2016 as President of Valuation & Advisory after 35 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he held the position of president and global lead of C&W’s valuation and advisory division. Mr. Busi was also a member of C&W’s global operating committee. Mr. Busi is leading NGKF’s effort to grow its due diligence, valuation and advisory practice both through acquisitions and recruiting top talent.
Nick Butcher Nicholas Butcher FRICS
Nick is a Quantity Surveyor and the Managing Director of Cost and Risk Management services at MGAC. He has 30 years’ experience, at a management and leadership level, providing cost and risk consulting to the construction industry in North America. Prior to joining MGAC, Nick led the American business of Davis Langdon (now a part of AECOM) and grew that business to a national presence providing a range of cost and risk consulting services.
Simon Braithwaite MRICS
Simon is a senior director in the FTI Consulting Forensic and Litigation Consulting Practice. Mr Braithwaite is based in New York and works internationally on construction and engineering projects in dispute. Mr Braithwaite has extensive experience in the analysis of various types of conditions of contract, both standard and non-standard. He has represented parties in various dispute resolution forums, preparing and representing expert submissions for arbitration, litigation and mediation. 
Joseph J. Calvanico FRICS
Joseph has served thousands of clients related to property appraisal and property tax consulting over 35+ years. Joe’s expertise covers all types of property including commercial and industrial, multi-residential and machinery & equipment. His work has supported matters related to financial reporting, tax documentation, bankruptcy, disputes and expert testimony. Joe was a former Big 4 Accounting Firm partner and has served as an expert witness in federal, state, and local court proceedings. He has authored over 100 articles on property value related subjects. Joe’s credentials include the ASA, MAI and FRICS certifications. Joe holds an MS in real estate law from John Marshall Law School and a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  
Darren Cash MRICS
Darren is the Regional Director, Eastern Canada for BTY Group, a global infrastructure and development consultant firm with offices in North America, Europe and the Middle East. He was born in Manchester, UK and studied Economics at Lancaster University and then went on to complete a Masters Degree in Construction Cost Management at the University of Reading. As BTY’s Regional Director, Darren leads BTY’s pursuit of services in both the private and public sectors and specialises in providing Cost Management, Risk Management and Project Monitoring services in sectors such as transit, aviation, healthcare, education, data and telecommunications and mixed-use. 
Ralph Collins
Ralph is a Professional Engineer, with over thirty six years’ experience in Real Property. After 19 years in the Private Sector as a consultant, he joined the Real Property Branch of Public Services and Procurement Canada ([PSPC], formerly known as Public Works and Government Services Canada) in 2000. Since joining PSPC Ralph has held progressively more responsible positions in areas related to maintenance management, asset and facilities management, portfolio and accommodation management, and infrastructure asset management. Ralph is currently the Director General, Infrastructure Asset Management in Real Property Branch and he is responsible for a 200+ team that delivers major capital projects and daily operations and maintenance for a variety of engineered assets for PSPC. These assets include: bridges and dams; a major highway; a graving [dry] dock; a District Energy System; and a refit project for a 9 building, 2,000,000 sq.ft. Headquarters campus. Ralph served on the Board of Directors for the Open Standards Consortium for Real Estate (OSCRE) for five years, and has actively supported the adoption of Smart Building technology in PSPC owned buildings.

Ryan is Director of the Consultative Council and Presidential Advisor at the National Institute of Building Sciences where he is responsible for leading the development of findings and recommendations on behalf of the entire building community and transmitting them to Congress and the Administration. He also serves as staff director of the Council on Finance, Insurance and Real Estate; National Council of Governments on Building Codes and Standards; Off-Site Construction Council and Sustainable Building Industry Council.

Webster A. Collins is an Executive Vice President/Partner within CBRE’s New England office. His specialty is providing real estate valuation and advisory services and the sale of investment property. His experience extends over more than 40 years and includes the analysis of over $35 billion in property. Mr. Collins'  background extends from John Hancock’s mortgage and real estate department where he was #2 in the western region of the United States.

James serves as the Americas Director of Retail Research at JLL He speaks regularly at events, with clients and the media about how retail real estate will change with tomorrow’s economy. James hosts the Where We Buy podcast, a show about retail and real estate. His focus includes the development and implementation of research strategy, methodology, platform deliverables and broad sector analyses for the retail property markets in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

The Chicago-based boutique consulting firm specializes in valuation counsel, property tax consulting and Green Energy Valuation. DeLacy’s experience spans all North American geographies, touching virtually all property types. In his corporate career, DeLacy held practice leadership roles with Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Arthur Andersen. DeLacy has a Masters in Urban Planning from Portland State University.

Thomas brings experience in product development and organizational strategy to the team. He graduated from DePaul University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Sales, Finance. 
Mark Eames
Mark is a 24-year veteran of Clark, and for the last 14 years he has led the preconstruction efforts for Clark's Northern Region - resulting in over $4B of new work. The projects have been design/build, CM-at-Risk and General Contractor roles and across multiple project types including laboratories, office buildings, hotels, arenas, residential, civil work, and military housing with a particular specialty in convention centers. Mark led the preconstruction effort on 150 North Riverside and is leading the 110 North Wacker Drive preconstruction. 
Douglas E. Ellsworth
Mr. Ellsworth serves as a Senior Asset Management Specialist within the HQ U.S. Army Corps of Engineers responsible for wide ranging support for technical program and product development related to the Corps large and diverse Civil Works water resources portfolio. He is the principal architect of the asset-based and risk-informed methodology used in the recent Capital Investment Strategy for the Inland Marine Transportation System, as required by Water Resources Reform and Development Act (WRRDA) of 2014.
Mark D. Fergus FRICS
Mark is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has provided contract administration, project controls, and estimating services since 1991. As Regional Director, Mark is responsible for cost management services throughout the southwestern United States. He serves as the RICS Southern California Chapter Chair, and has experience with large mixed-use, retail, technology, and hospitality projects. Mark has worked for contractors, developers, and consultants in Southeast Asia, Japan, the Middle East, and the US.
 John Fletcher Dr. John Fletcher
John Fletcher was born in South Africa took his B Com LLB from Rhodes University and his M Phil and PhD in administrative law from Cambridge. John is the ADR Products Group Director of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is responsible for RICS’s global Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) including arbitration, adjudication, dispute boards, mediation and expert witnesses.  Prior to working for RICS, John was the Projects Director for ADR Group. He developed their international joint ventures in South Africa, Europe, Brazil, the Caribbean and other developing countries; their UK workplace mediation service; and their mediation training in UK universities. At RICS John has overseen the extensive development of DRS services both in the UK and internationally.  
Marie Foley MRICS
Marie is director at P3 Advisory Services. Toronto born Marie, studied at the Limerick Institute of Technology in Ireland, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and a Diploma in Construction Economics and Management. After successful careers within Helyar and Altus Group, Marie joined BTY Group’s Toronto practice in 2015 as the Director of P3 Advisory Services. Marie has extensive experience providing technical advisory services focusing on infrastructure projects. Over the past decade, she has contributed to more than 100 P3 projects across North America, providing LTA services as well as advising on lifecycle analysis and facilities management. 
Alex Freeman 
Alex joined Exactal Corporation in August of 2016 working as their first Product Specialist in the Americas. This role involves reviewing current estimating practices to aid clients in implementing CostX to integrate new time-efficient methods using technology. This includes using BIM in all stages of estimating and providing estimators with tools to interpret and selectively integrate BIM data into their cost models in ways not unlike interpreting two-dimensional drawings.

Mr. George is the president of both Mid-America Real Estate Corporation and Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. co-founded Mid-America in 1984 and developed the Chicago-based firm into a prominent retail real estate brokerage company. Mr George has personally directed the firm's growth in brokerage, as well as its diversification into investment sales and asset management. He is active in the affairs of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).

Chris Guthkelch FRICS
Chris Guthkelch is a Project Director for Skanska Infrastructure Development Inc. and is responsible for developing a consistent, profitable East USA Public Private Partnership (P3) pipeline in conjunction with Skanska’s construction business units. He has accumulated extensive P3 bidding and business development experience in the UK, Canada and USA over the last 17 years and was Bid Director for the $2.1 billion Elizabeth River Tunnels project in Portsmouth, VA, which is now close to construction completion.

Charles Hardy serves as the Chief Workplace Officer of the General Services Administration’s Public Buildings Service and as the lead executive for workplace strategy. Hardy joined GSA in 1991 serving as Director of Design and Construction, Director of Property Development; and Director of Construction. Before joining GSA, Hardy was an architect with firms in Florida, Colorado, and Illinois practicing in real estate development and commercial architecture. He is a retired US Air Force Intelligence Officer.
  Larissa Herczeg 
Larissa Herczeg is a Managing Partner and CIO of the Seeding & Strategic Capital platform (SASC) at Oak Street and a member of the firm’s investment committee.  Ms. Herczeg is responsible for all aspects of Oak Street’s SASC business, including investment sourcing, due diligence, selection and portfolio management and reporting. Prior to joining Oak Street, Ms. Herczeg was responsible for various aspects of real estate investing at Morgan Creek Capital Management, Franklin Templeton Real Estate Advisors and the Credit Suisse Customized Fund Investment Group (CFIG). Ms. Herczeg received a B.A. with honors in Government and Economics from the University of Notre Dame, a Master’s degree with honors in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Columbia University Law School.   Ms. Herczeg is, a Trustee for Roosevelt University, a co-founder of Women In Real Estate, a mentor for the Toigo Foundation and has served as a guest speaker at the University of California-Berkeley, the University of Notre Dame and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

  Alice Hogueisson
Alice Hogueisson has more than 30 years of experience in Facilities Management.  She joined Edelman in 2000 and continues to play a strategic role in the company’s overall facility function. With overseeing the real estate for all Edelman location she currently manages a portfolio in excess of 800,000 rsf. She recently also accepted the leadership role in their overall Business Continuity program and is the plan owner. Alice has been serving on the Edelman’s Global Citizenship Advisory Council since the beginning. Alice is uniquely qualified for this position.  She is both a CFM and SFP and has been a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) since 2000.  As a member, she has severed not only on the Chicago board in the past and has served as secretary, vice president, president on various councils and now currently serves on the past president committee of the Corporate Facility Council.
Tim Horner FRICS
Tim Horner is a senior vice president with Faithful+Gould, currently responsible for the worldwide Oil & Gas sector. With more than 25 years of experience in Faithful+Gould global operations, he also carries additional responsibility for troubleshooting business optimization challenges from strategy to routine operational efficiency. 
Anne Jablonski
With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ms. Jablonski is the national practice lead for the Diligence and Advisory Group and as such is focused on global key business strategies. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Jablonski led the NYC office for Situs, a global CRE advisory firm to the financial services industry where she was actively involved in building and supervising the due diligence, underwriting, and consulting services platform for major investment banking clients. She also launched a staffing division which offered strategic staffing alternatives to support real time scalability requirements to CRE clients. Ms. Jablonski has previous experience at Gencom American Hospitality and Ernst & Young. 
SJ C. G. "Sonny" Jester 
Sonny Jester J.D., MCIArb, is a Vice President and heads Gleeds’ Dispute Advisory in the Americas, working for ten years as a construction consultant following 25 years as an attorney. He has advised contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, owners, vendors and sureties, and participated in numerous mediations, arbitrations and trials, as advocate, consultant and neutral. Sonny is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, admitted to the various Georgia Trial and Appellate Courts, Federal District Courts in Georgia and the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.

Tony Keane, CAE, president and CEO of the International Facility Management Association, oversees the global organization from its service center of excellence in Houston, Texas, USA. IFMA is the world’s largest and most widely recognized international association for facility management, supporting 24,000 members in 104 countries. The diverse membership participates in focused component groups equipped to address their unique situations by region, industry and areas of interest. Alan J. Lacy is the former vice chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings Corporation. He previously served as chairman and CEO of Sears, Roebuck and Co. Before joining Sears, he served in a variety of leadership positions at Kraft Foods. In addition, he was senior advisor to Oak Hill Capital Partners from 2007-14. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Dave and Buster’s Entertainment; a director of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and a trustee of Fidelity Funds.

With years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate and a focus on finance, development, leasing, sales and asset mgmt, Colt is the Principal of Plaza Property Advisors, Inc., a Chicago-based local developer and consulting firm operating globally. PPA is a pioneer leader in real estate due diligence for target acquisitions and strategy for its private equity clients. Colt has served as an expert witness in land use and valuation and as a dispute resolution consultant in complex arbitrations. Plaza Press publishes the autobiography of William Zeckendorf.
Ross Litkenhous 
Ross Litkenhous manages the Mid-Atlantic team at Altus Group, consulting for commercial property owners, developers, and investors across all asset classes throughout the United States. He has experience managing projects with the GSA, focusing on the property valuation, and analysis of property tax liability for their national leased portfolio. Other areas of specialty include analyzing and appealing centrally assessed property for energy companies, as well as regulated and non-regulated utilities. As an advocate, his negotiated assessed value reductions have saved his clients millions of dollars.

Jim Moran FRICS
Jim joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2001 as Managing Director. Currently, he is an Executive Managing Director and was recently appointed Chief Strategy Officer of the Valuation & Advisory group.  In addition, Jim oversees acquisition and strategic alliance opportunities in the Americas.   He is also the Chair of the Business Practices Committee and has group oversight of compliance and risk management matters.

Steven M. Nilles
Steve M. Nilles is the president of Nilles Architectural Consulting. He previously served as a partner at Goettsch Partners for more than 15 years, and he was vice president/director of production at Murphy/Jahn, where he worked for 16 years. He specializes in the technical design of high-rise buildings that integrate advanced engineering concepts, innovative uses of materials, and sustainable design strategies. Ade worked as a consultant with Burrell Hayward & Budd, Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers in London. Toronto born Marie, studied at the Limerick Institute of Technology in Ireland, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and a Diploma in Construction Economics and Management. Alex Freeman 
Alex joined Exactal Corporation in August of 2016 working as their first Product Specialist in the Americas. This role involves reviewing current estimating practices to aid clients in implementing CostX to integrate new time-efficient methods using technology. This includes using BIM in all stages of estimating and providing estimators with tools to interpret and selectively integrate BIM data into their cost models in ways not unlike interpreting two-dimensional drawings.

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ms. Jablonski is the national practice lead for the Diligence and Advisory Group and as such is focused on global key business strategies. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Jablonski led the NYC office for Situs, a global CRE advisory firm to the financial services industry where she was actively involved in building and supervising the due diligence, underwriting, and consulting services platform for major investment banking clients. She also launched a staffing division which offered strategic staffing alternatives to support real time scalability requirements to CRE clients. Ms. Jablonski has previous experience at Gencom American Hospitality and Ernst & Young.

Mr Jester J.D., MCIArb, is Gleeds’ Director, Dispute Advisory in the Americas, working for ten years as a construction consultant following 25 years as an attorney. He has advised contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, owners, vendors and sureties, and participated in numerous mediations, arbitrations and trials, as advocate, consultant and neutral. Sonny is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, admitted to the various Georgia Trial and Appellate Courts, Federal District Courts in Georgia and the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.

Other areas of specialty include analyzing and appealing centrally assessed property for energy companies, as well as regulated and non-regulated utilities. He previously served as a partner at Goettsch Partners for more than 15 years, and he was vice president/director of production at Murphy/Jahn, where he worked for 16 years. Ms. Paek is currently a Senior Policy Analyst with the United States Government Accountability Office. Scott Seyer (SY-er) is a principal and senior project designer at Goettsch Partners. He has played an integral role in the design of many national and international projects, including some of the firm’s highest profile assignments. Select recent work includes the Park Tower at Transbay office building in San Francisco, the Northwestern University Ryan Center for the Musical Arts, two office and headquarters buildings in the UAE for Al Hilal Bank, three 50-story office towers along Chicago’s Wacker Drive for The John Buck Company, and a 40-story headquarters tower for an electronics company in Taipei, Taiwan. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED Accredited Professional. Adam is a Managing Director with nearly 20 years of valuation experience. He has performed valuations for a wide range of purposes and industries, but focuses on the valuation of businesses and intangible assets for financial reporting purposes. From 2013 to 2015, Adam served as a practice fellow at the FASB specializing in fair value issues. From '15 to '17, Adam served as the Technical Director of Business Valuation Standards for the IVSC and helped develop a new version of their standards that were published in January 2017.
