A Clack Amanda Clack FRICS
Amanda is currently President of RICS and joined EY as a Partner in August 2015 as the Head of Infrastructure within its advisory practice for UK & Ireland. Prior to this she was a partner at another of the 'big four' accounting firms, where she led on property, real estate and construction for consulting. Amanda is past vice chair of the RICS Management Board, established the UK and Ireland World Regional Board and became President of RICS in 2016.
 MM Michael Moskow
Michael H. Moskow is currently vice chairman and distinguished fellow on the Global Economy at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. From 1994 to 2007, he served as president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Moskow's professional accomplishments include service in both the public and private sectors, as well as higher education. During the course of his career, he has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate for five positions in the federal government.
 BS Bob Schukai
Robert Schukai, MBE is head of digital identity services for Thomson Reuters. Previously, he led Applied Innovation, driving strategic projects in blockchain, cognitive computing, cloud services, and user experience.  Robert has held research, engineering, product, strategy, and business development roles at Motorola and Turner Broadcasting System. He holds a BSEE from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a MSEE from Arizona State University. He was named a Member of the British Empire in 2014 for services to UK startups and education.


  Anthony Aaron FRICS
Tony Aaron serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California. He spent over 35 years in financial analysis. The majority of his career took place at Ernst & Young LLP, and he spent time earlier in his career as a securities analyst. Tony has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Appraisal Foundation, as well as in many other roles with the ASA, the AICPA and the Appraisal Foundation. He received his BS from USC and his MBA from UCLA.
EA Ed Alegre MRICS
Ed Alegre is the President of Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services for the Americas, and a member of the Colliers US Executive Leadership Team. Ed has over 30 years of experience in the management, consulting, brokerage, and appraisal sectors of the commercial real estate industry, both in the US and abroad. He has overseen the growth of Colliers’ valuation operations in the US, Canada and LatAm, and participated in the development of an integrated global valuation platform that leverages his firm’s presence in over 60 countries.
FAAA Flavio Augusto Ayres Amary
Mr. Amary has a Business Administration and Post-graduate degree in Economics from FGV/SP. He has been the Managing Partner at Renato Amary Emp. Imob. (Land Development Company) since 1993. In addition, he has been a Regional Director in Sorocaba City since 1995 and Vice-President at AELO – Land Development Association. Mr. Amary is the current president at Secovi-SP (2016-2018), a Vice-President of the CIMLOP (2016-2018) and an Associate Director at CECOMERCIO – Center Commerce of São Paulo State (2014-2018).
BB Bruce Bingham FRICS
Bruce B. Bingham FRICS, FASA, is a managing director of Berkeley Research Group in New York. He is past Chair of the RICS Valuation Council (Americas) and a past Governor and Chair of ASA’s International Education and Business Valuation Committees. Bruce has testified on valuation and damages in many venues including the Supreme Court of the State of New York. He has an undergraduate degree from Rutgers and a Master’s in Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Organization and Management.

Maggie Burns is VP of Real Estate at Breather, where she leads strategy and execution for the supply side of Breather's network of beautiful, on-demand workspaces. A member of Breather’s executive team, Maggie has overseen the launch of 200+ locations across 10 global markets since joining the company in 2014. Previously, she served as the Director of Strategic Accounts at VTS, the commercial real estate industry's top leasing analytics platform.
 John Busi John Busi FRICS
John D. Busi FRICS, MAI, joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2016 as President of Valuation & Advisory after 35 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he held the position of president and global lead of C&W’s valuation and advisory division. Mr. Busi was also a member of C&W’s global operating committee. Mr. Busi is leading NGKF’s effort to grow its due diligence, valuation and advisory practice both through acquisitions and recruiting top talent.
Nick Butcher Nicholas Butcher FRICS
Nick is a Quantity Surveyor and the Managing Director of Cost and Risk Management services at MGAC. He has 30 years’ experience, at a management and leadership level, providing cost and risk consulting to the construction industry in North America. Prior to joining MGAC, Nick led the American business of Davis Langdon (now a part of AECOM) and grew that business to a national presence providing a range of cost and risk consulting services.

Webster Collins is an Executive Vice President/Partner within CBRE’s New England office. His specialty is providing real estate valuation and advisory services and the sale of investment property. His experience extends over more than 40 years and includes the analysis of over $35 billion in property. Mr. Collins’ background extends from John Hancock’s mortgage and real estate department where he was #2 in the western region of the United States.
James Cook James Cook
James serves as the Americas Director of Retail Research at JLL He speaks regularly at events, with clients and the media about how retail real estate will change with tomorrow’s economy. James hosts the Where We Buy podcast, a show about retail and real estate. His focus includes the development and implementation of research strategy, methodology, platform deliverables and broad sector analyses for the retail property markets in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

P. Barton DeLacy FRICS, MUP, MAI, CRE, is a partner in DeLacy O’Dwyer Realty Advisors, an Accurity United franchise. The Chicago-based boutique consulting firm specializes in valuation counsel, property tax consulting and Green Energy Valuation. DeLacy’s experience spans all North American geographies, touching virtually all property types. In his corporate career, DeLacy held practice leadership roles with Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Arthur Andersen. DeLacy has a Masters in Urban Planning from Portland State University. 
  Maureen Ehrenberg FRICS
Maureen Ehrenberg serves as President of Global Integrated Facility Management (IFM) at JLL. JLL’s IFM practice specializes in providing comprehensive facilities and engineering outsourcing services to leading companies worldwide. An internationally recognized expert in the field, Ehrenberg provides leadership and strategic direction for the IFM business leaders to develop, promote ensure best practices in service delivery consistency, innovation, operational effectiveness and talent management across the service line.
Mark Fergus FRICS
Mark is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has provided contract administration, project controls, and estimating services since 1991. As Regional Director, Mark is responsible for cost management services throughout the southwestern United States. He serves as the RICS Southern California Chapter Chair, and has experience with large mixed-use, retail, technology, and hospitality projects. Mark has worked for contractors, developers, and consultants in Southeast Asia, Japan, the Middle East, and the US.
MG Dr. Michael George
Michael D. George, The President of both Mid-America Real Estate Corporation and Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. co-founded Mid-America in 1984 and developed the Chicago-based firm into a prominent retail real estate brokerage company. Mr. George has personally directed the firm's growth in brokerage, as well as its diversification into investment sales and asset management. He is active in the affairs of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).
Chris Guthkelch FRICS
Chris Guthkelch is a Project Director for Skanska Infrastructure Development Inc. and is responsible for developing a consistent, profitable East USA Public Private Partnership (P3) pipeline in conjunction with Skanska’s construction business units. He has accumulated extensive P3 bidding and business development experience in the UK, Canada and USA over the last 17 years and was Bid Director for the $2.1 billion Elizabeth River Tunnels project in Portsmouth, VA, which is now close to construction completion.
SJ Sonny Jester
Sonny Jester J.D., MCIArb, is Gleeds’ Director, Dispute Advisory in the Americas, working for ten years as a construction consultant following 25 years as an attorney. He has advised contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, owners, vendors and sureties, and participated in numerous mediations, arbitrations and trials, as advocate, consultant and neutral. Sonny is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, admitted to the various Georgia Trial and Appellate Courts, Federal District Courts in Georgia and the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
Alan Lacy Alan Lacy
Alan Lacy is the former vice chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings Corporation. He previously served as chairman and CEO of Sears, Roebuck and Co. Before joining Sears, he served in a variety of leadership positions at Kraft Foods. In addition, he was senior advisor to Oak Hill Capital Partners from 2007-14. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Dave and Buster’s Entertainment; a director of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and a trustee of Fidelity Funds.
  Lauren Lake
Lauren Lake is the CRO and Co-Founder of Bridgit, a communication platform for construction teams, launched in March 2014. She is a Board Member at Communitech, Canada’s largest industry-led innovation center and was named the Techvibes Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 alongside her Co-founder Mallorie Brodie. Lauren holds a degree in Civil Structural Engineering from the University of Western Ontario. In 2015, Bridgit won at Google Demo Day in San Francisco.

With years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate and a focus on finance, development, leasing, sales and asset mgmt, Colt is the Principal of Plaza Property Advisors, Inc., a Chicago-based local developer and consulting firm operating globally. PPA is a pioneer leader in real estate due diligence for target acquisitions and strategy for its private equity clients. Colt has served as an expert witness in land use and valuation and as a dispute resolution consultant in complex arbitrations. Plaza Press publishes the autobiography of William Zeckendorf.
VM Vivek Mehra
Vivek Mehra is the CEO and Founder of ParqEx - The Private Parking Marketplace. ParqEx connects people with underutilized parking spots to people looking for parking in busy neighborhoods. Mehra is a visionary with over 18 years of technical leadership experience as a developer, architect, CTO, Director and Founder. Mehra has earned Masters degrees in Information Systems and Management from University of Illinois-Chicago and University of South Carolina, respectively.

Lawrence Melton is the CEO and President of The Building People. With over 20 years of Federal Executive Service, he established the company in 2012. Lawrence is recognized globally as an expert in Facilities Management, Smart Buildings and Asset Management, and continues to serve on multiple boards and associations. He is the International Facilities Management Sector Chair for RICS and leads teams tackling complex real estate and facilities management issues facing commercial, institutions, and public sectors.

Stamos Nicholas is a Deloitte Advisory Principal who oversees the Professional Development & Quality for Global Business Valuation Practice and is the Global Regulatory & Compliance Leader. He has 35 plus years of experience in providing valuation and financial valuation consulting services for the purposes of accounting, tax planning, financing, bankruptcy, litigation, M&A, investment and strategic planning. He has particular experience in the valuation and assessment of various types of financial securities and intellectual property.
 BJ Summit BJ Orzechowski
BJ Orzechowski is the valuation practice’s Professional Practice Partner for KPMG LLP. He focuses on business and intangible asset valuation. Over three of BJ’s 20 plus years of experience have been spent working in KPMG’s National Accounting Office advising on complex valuation and accounting issues for KPMG’s global practice.
BP Barden Prisant FRICS
M. Barden Prisant FRICS, FRSA, was named an Eminent Professional Fellow of the RICS in 2002; he has since held the positions of board member and Chair for the Tri-State Chapter. Barden has served on RICS' Arts and Antiques Global Professional Group and on the RICS Americas Valuation Council. In the public realm, he was appointed to NYC zoning boards in Manhattan and Brooklyn by New York City Borough Presidents and City Council members. He is president and founder of Manhattan-based International Art Advisors.
Marc Rutzen
As Cofounder and CTO of Enodo Score, Marc Rutzen directs the development and implementation of the platform, including front-end design and development, development of data sharing partnerships, beta testing, customer feedback and business development. Marc is a Licensed Managing Broker in the State of Illinois, and earned his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
 Neil Shah MD Neil Shah
As Managing Director of the Americas, Neil is responsible for managing RICS’ presence in the US, Canada, LatAm and the Caribbean. Starting his career at Pratt & Whitney, Neil has held senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies in a broad range of industries, such as IPT (now FM Maintenance), Cirqit, Partsearch Technologies and NorthMarq Real Estate Services. Neil holds an MBA from Emory University, a BSc in aerospace engineering / BA in economics from Boston University and an MS in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Adam M. Smith MRICS
Adam is a Managing Director with nearly 20 years of valuation experience. He has performed valuations for a wide range of purposes and industries, but focuses on the valuation of businesses and intangible assets for financial reporting purposes. From 2013 to 2015, Adam served as a practice fellow at the FASB specializing in fair value issues. From '15 to '17, Adam served as the Technical Director of Business Valuation Standards for the IVSC and helped develop a new version of their standards that were published in January 2017.

Smith FRICS has over thirty years of experience in the property tax field, serving clients in both real property and business personal property tax engagements. In his current capacity as the West Region Director of Property Tax, he works exclusively in the ad valorem tax area, providing consulting and compliance services for clients in both real estate and personal property taxes in the Western States and Hawaii. He is currently Chair of the Americas World Regional Board of RICS.

Anna Urquiza, Americas Director of Quality & Risk Management (QRM) for CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS), has three decades of commercial real estate experience. Anna joined CBRE in 2016 after holding numerous leadership positions with GE Capital Real Estate, including Global Valuation Leader. She has accumulated a wealth of commercial real estate experience in risk management, regulatory relations, business development, and more.
Susannah Vila Flip Susannah Vila
Susannah Vila is the CEO of Flip, a platform that lets anyone access space as a service. She has 10 years of experience turning new ideas into organizations and products. She co-founded Flip in while studying at Columbia Business School and since then has taken the company through two accelerator programs, raised $1.2m in financing and and grown available listings from 0 to 2500.
MW Mike Welch MRICS
Michael Welch, Head of JLL's Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) is responsible for the formation, implementation, oversight and expansion of JLL's VAS strategy in the Americas. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Welch served as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Integra Realty Resources. In addition to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Mr. Welch is also a member of the International Right of Way Association, The Appraisal Institute, The Appraisal Foundation Industry Advisory Council and JLL’s Global Valuation Board.
