There are over 300 qualified members in Victoria and Tasmania (VicTas) working across the property lifecycle.

RICS VicTas Local Association

RICS VicTas has an active Local Association who promote RICS through CPD and social events run throughout the year. With a strong focus on sustainability RICS VicTas takes an active role in the conversation of sustainable business including valuation, construction and building surveying.

RICS Membership

RICS Accredited Courses
RICS accredits certain university courses in Victoria. Graduates from these accredited courses may apply to RICS to commence their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Events

RICS Victoria Local Association runs a calendar of events that are a mix of informative CPD and social events for networking with other professionals. A proportion of CPD in Victoria can be counted towards licensing for Quantity Surveyors with the Victorian Building Commission.
