As a sole practitioner you should already have completed the online registration to become a Regulated Firm. If you are not currently registered as a Regulated Firm, please contact RICS Regulation.

Once your firm is registered for RICS Regulation you will need to follow the process for “Members working for a Regulated Firm”. You will need to complete both the “Firm Contact Officer” and “Sponsored Member” sections of the instructions, in order to sponsor yourself for the scheme.
